This rustic park is nestled in a country setting not too far from city conveniences. It features a small fishing pond, restaurant, a convenience store, and gas station next door. Park is located at the intersection of CR171 and FM2917, 7 miles south of City of Alvin. Each pad has its own metered electric (30 and 50 amp) hook-up. Park is next to 2 large petrochemical plants (Ascend and Ineos) for easy access.
